Charcaol is a porous form of organic matter that has many uses in horticulture. It also has the ability to absorb odors that occur in your pots. Placed at the bottom of a pot without drainage holes, it provides a reservoir to store excess water. With its purification properties, the Horticultural Wood Charcol helps remove impurities in the water.
