Climb Inc. was founded in Tokyo in 1981 as an importer of miscellaneous goods. The catalyst for making aprons came from the prevailing notion at the time that "aprons symbolize the role of housewives as work clothes," and there were no aprons that felt right. Motivated by a desire to craft aprons that are comfortable to wear, enhance work efficiency, and make the wearer look stylish, Kuraimu began its journey as an apron manufacturer. Now, with over 20 years of continued production, Kuraimu has created more than 300,000 aprons, elevating everyday life with each piece.
This is a capacious smock with a fluffy silhouette, made using plenty of fabric. The sleeves are slightly narrower than typical for smocks to ensure they don't hinder movement. The cuffs are made with triple-layered elastic, which keeps them comfortably in place even when pushed up. Despite the generous amount of fabric used, the design features large tucks at the chest for a streamlined look, while ample draping towards the hem gives the sensation of wearing a skirt, allowing for easy leg movement. The design also includes holes and loops on either side, through which a ribbon can be threaded and tied at the front, overlapping at the back to mimic a dress. This garment is ideal for an e-commerce listing.
