Sakao Tea Genmaicha

The leaves of this green tea are roasted at high temperature and roasted rice grains are also added. This special blend was created in our store in Japan, the Sakao Company. The mixture of roasted green tea leaves and roasted rice grains produces a mild flavor and a very refreshing aroma. This tea is low in caffeine and perfect to drink with meals or in the evening.

Preparation:

1) Put the tea in a teapot 2 teaspoons (about 5g) for 1 person.

2) Pour 90-95 degree hot water (180ml) into the teapot and steep for 30 seconds.

3) Pour little by little, alternating between cups so that the tea is evenly distributed and the density of the tea is equal in each cup.
