Return policy
Plants:
- We take pride in the health and high quality of our plants and do our very best to only sell healthy, thriving plants. Plants are a perishable natural product; therefore, all sales are final. No exceptions apply.
- *** Orders not picked up within 14 days will be canceled and refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Hard goods:
- Refunds or store credit are available for items returned within 10 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for refund or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
- To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- *** After 14 days, orders that weren’t picked up will be cancelled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
- *** Refund transaction fee 3% will apply.
Custom orders
- We take orders for custom-made pottery. Handmade pottery requires time to create; please allow at least 3 weeks for completion.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of order.
Delivery
- MIKA does not offer free delivery. We keep our delivery pricing transparent and fair: there are no hidden fees. Each delivery order is filled to the budget provided by the customer before the delivery service charge is added.
- Large quantity orders, including weddings and events, are subject to custom delivery charges based on size, complexity, time, and distance. Email: mikafleur@gmail.com to enquire.
- We reserve the right to limit, change or suspend our delivery service due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, time, traffic, availability, volume etc. Large quantity orders require ample time to fill, so it is best to call or email with any large orders.
- For deliveries around major holidays, we suggest placing your order several days in advance to ensure timely delivery is possible.
- For delivery outside of Toronto, please use Deeleeo or standard Canada post shipping if available (not available for plants). Please email mikafleur@gmail.com if unsure.
- For same day deliveries via Deeleeo, please ensure orders are made before 3:00pm to help us ensure it can be fulfilled before we close for the day. Otherwise it will ship the following day.
- Deliveries require a minimum order of $30 before tax.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
- We offer several shipping options at checkout.
- Tracked shipping methods include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Untracked shipping methods (e.g., Canada Post Small Packet) do not include tracking or insurance. Customers selecting these options assume full responsibility for lost or delayed packages.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are provided at checkout. However, these are only estimates and not guaranteed.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and England.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order is delayed or missing, please check the tracking information (if applicable) or contact the carrier directly.
- If your order was shipped with an untracked method, we are unable to locate or replace lost packages. Please choose a tracked option if you require delivery confirmation.
Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the situation and provide a solution.
Address Errors
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
